Another legendary designer I was introduced to in my time at Queensland University of Technology was Paul Rand. If you’re involved in the graphic design field you’ve mostly likely heard of him, if not, you’re probably familiar with some of his corporate logos anyway.

During my short enrolment at Queensland University of Technology I was introduced to the work of Saul Bass. His contribution to film title sequences was monumental, and although I am very found of his title work, it’s his corporate identity work that really inspires me. The fact that the average lifespan of his logos is 34 years and counting is a true testament to his work.
